Apple Crumble Tart



Tart Shell
g 1000 Top Frolla
g 350 Softened butter
g 100 Whole eggs
g 100 Brown sugar

Fruttidor Apple (filling)
Almond Slice

Crumble (hand mixing)
g 175 Softened butter
g 50 Water
g 70 Brown sugar
For tart shell, mix all ingredients all together to form a dough, then rest in the chiller. Roll the dough into 4 mm then arrange into the tart mold. Bake tart shell 7 min at 180°C. Spread apple mixture then top with semi bake crumble. Bake at the same temperature for 20 minutes until fully baked.
