Research and development in the Innovation Center
The most complex and innovative products from chocolate are developed in the Innovation Center. This is were our customers and pastry chefs are being challenged to work with us in creating new innovations.
When developing new products, we keep these things in mind:
- A unique design
- Surprising combinations in flavour and design
- A handmade look
A day at the Innovation Center
A chef, developer or client can be invited by the Innovation Center team or their sales representative to come to Dobla for a jamsession or brainstormsession.
