Singapore team, sponsored by Dobla, wins the Asian Pastry Cup!

They did it again! The Singapore team, sponsored by Dobla, has won the gold medal for “Best Pastry”.

After two grueling days of competing in National Teams, the Singapore team showed once again that they are unbeatable. Their aim to defend the title, which they have consecutively won in the last two editions, worked out just as planned. The Coach, Pang Kok Keong and his young talents, Alex Chong Chi Hiung and Jaycent Lau Tse Kwang have worked very hard to stay ahead of competition – and with success!

The top four teams of the Asian Pastry Cup will go on to compete at the World Pastry Cup 2011 in Lyon, France.
Gold – Singapore
Silver – Taiwan
Bronze - China
Bronze – Malaysia
