On the 25th and 26th of January, the 20th Anniversary of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie will take place in Lyon, France.

20 years of pastry-making creations at the highest level. Spot lighting a dynamic profession, and the creativity and passion driving young pastry chefs across the globe.

Dobla invites her guests to visit the VIP village to celebrate this Anniversary with us and surprise you with our latest innovations. Innovations, that are of the same top level as this magical competition. Obviously our partners are invited to join us at the famous Gala dinner of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, to end two days of nail-biting tension.

This event will be a gathering of world’s best pastry teams and chef’s. The World Pastry Cup has permitted a whole profession to undertake a tough challenge where quality, love for work well done, aesthetics, nobility, creativity... are the principal founding elements.

In addition to the World Pastry Cup and the subsequent Bocuse d'Or (World Cuisine Contest), Lyon is also the home for the SIRHA. The famous international catering and food service trade fair. The SIRHA is a huge exhibition, where companies from all the sectors of the hotel and catering industry come to present new food- and non-food innovations and services.
