What is the best storage and transportation temperature for chocolate?
The ideal temperature to store and transport our chocolate is between 54º to 68º Fahrenheit/ 12º to 20º degrees Celsius. We advise a humidity % of 65%.

What is the shelf life of chocolate?
Dark chocolate: 18 months, Milk and white chocolate: 12 months. Please note, that after this period, the chocolate is still edible. Only the taste and colour can change a little bit.

What is the cocoa percentage of Dobla chocolate?
Dark chocolate: min. 55%

Can I freeze Dobla cups and decorations?
You can. However the warming up of the “frozen” chocolate should be done very slowly to prevent condensation of water. The end temperature should stay below 18 degrees C, and the chocolate should be used on a short notice.

Can I get my own designs?
Dobla offers many possibilities for tailor made and personalized products. Contact our sales department. They are happy to inform you about the prices and minimum quantities.

Does chocolate absorb strong odours?
Yes, it is better not to ship or store chocolate near fish, flowers, cheese, onions or other fragrant products.

Is it possible to freeze the Dobla persipan decorations?
Yes, the Dobla persipan decorations are all coated with a special fat. The coating prevents the colours from “ bleeding”.

Are Dobla products fragile?
Yes, but through the years of experience and continious upgrading of our packaging, we now have the best and strongest packaging in the world.

How often do you introduce your catalogue and recipes?
he Dobla magazine appears once a year in September. New recipes are published twice a year, thanks to many famous chefs from all over the world.

How should we palletize the Dobla products?
Because of the fragile nature of the Dobla items, always put the boxes on the top of the pallet. Handle our products with care and avoid direct sunlight during transportation.
